Jenni moved to Victoria in 1993 with her family when her father, Robert Nemish, started his career in Real Estate. Learning the hard work it takes to build a real estate business from an early age, she spent many of her after-school hours delivering Robert's flyers door to door (in Central Saanich no less - where the mailboxes are VERY far apart), folding letters and sticking return address labels on envelopes. Little did she know that 14 years later she'd join Robert in his real estate business.
Jenni attended Claremont Secondary School, where she played Spartans soccer, field hockey, basketball (even at 5'1), and a brief stint with the local Lacrosse team. She was a part of the Cordova Bay community and could often be found at Lochside Park kicking the ball around with the Cordova Bay Royals Soccer Team and Team Brazil at the Easter Weekend World Cups Soccer Tournaments.
Jenni's face was a familiar one around the Deli Department at the local Broadmead Thrifty Foods, where she earned her way across the country to complete her Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology in 2001, from Acadia University.
Jenni returned to Victoria and joined Island Hand Therapy Clinic and Royal Oak Physiotherapy as the head of their Kinesiology rehabilitation programs. Seeking an adventure, she moved across the pond to the Big City of Vancouver where she entered the business world as the Office Manager for a clinical research company. After three years in clinical administration, she took a leave of absence from her position at Syreon Corporation and set out on her solo adventure - a 3 months backpacking trek through Australia and New Zealand.
With much time to think on those late night train rides, Jenni knew her job-life was destined for something greater. She yearned for a career which offered the unlimited learning potential she knew was essential in her professional life. Having grown up in the real estate life, and after many years of telling Robert, "No, I'm not going to join you in your real estate business!" Jenni successfully passed her Real Estate Licensing Exam, became a Realtor, and joined Robert in his Real Estate practice. She continues to thrive on the relationships she's built with her clients, and the happiness she has been able to bring to their lives.
